Html files can be defined manually or with any appropriate tool. You can communicate with the R/3 screen via special hyperlinks starting with "SAP://".

Adding HTML control

1. Select the HTML (Explorer) icon from the toolbar
2. Move the mouse to the desired location and left-click
3. Enter the desired URL in the title field
   
   

The URL can point to a local file or to an external website.

This could also be a local website where more information or instructions can be given for a specific task.

Adding RTF control

1. Select the Rich Text Format icon from the toolbar

2. Move the mouse to the desired location and left-click
   
   
   

3. Enter the location of the RTF File in the RTF field or in the Title field.
