Overview
You can specify default values for the organizational data (sales organization, distribution channel, division, and so on). If the user has stored parameter values for this in the SAP user master record, the entries from the SAP user master record take effect instead of the default values. Users can also choose another sales area defined in the configuration, but cannot determine the sales organization alone. The sales organization used to display data can be specified separately for many lists, or more if required.
Purpose of use in CIS mobile
The specified sales organization, distribution channel and divison are used, for example, when creating orders or complaints. The SAP conversion tables TVKOV and TVKOS are also read to determine the distribution channel and division according to the specified VKORG.
