Overview
In CIS mobile, the partners for the selected sales area are listed as standard in the overview.
In S/4HANA the relationships between business partners are also used. You can specify in the configuration which relationship categories are to be displayed.
Configuration in CIS mobile
All relationship types to be displayed can be specified as a comma-separated list. All existing relationships can be displayed with a *.
CIS mobile also automatically evaluates the validity period, since addresses can be stored separately for a particular period, for example.

Background information
In the classic separate data storage of accounts payable and accounts receivable there were some limitations in data storage:- Only one address per business partner
- no relationship between objects was possible; these had to be maintained as separate entities
For compatibility reasons, however, in S/4HANA a lot of data is stored redundantly and partly in old tables and read from there again.
