Active Users

If you have administrator rights as a CIS mobile user, you can display the users currently active in the system directly in the application. To do this, go to the settings and expand the "Administration" entry. There you will find a button "Active users".

The term "number of steps" refers to individual dialog steps that actually request data from the server. Simple navigation of cached content is not counted.

Currently logged in users and their activities

In the S10 repository, under the menu item "Active processes", you get a very similar view to the one in the previous point. In addition, a PID (Process Identifier) is displayed, a number that identifies the associated process for a CIS mobile application. You can use Windows Task Manager to further analyze or debug this process.

Dispatcher and worker processes from CIS mobile

One smaragdwork.exe is started as a process per user session and terminated at the end of the user session. In the Task Manager and its Resource Monitor (below) you can examine the processes in more detail, especially the utilization of CPU, memory and network activity.
