SAP roles

We suggest you define a separate user role for CIS mobile users. This can be done with transaction "PFCG":

In transaction PFCG you can upload and download roles via text files; the menu path is Role->Upload and Role-> Download. We have prepared a role "CISMOBILE" that you can upload into your system and then adjust to your needs, changing the organizational levels:

List of authorizations

Here is a list of all authorizations needed for CIS mobile, with their technical names:

S_RFC

CIS mobile uses several functions modules that are called up via RFC. The user needs the authorization for the corresponding function groups. With the exception of the function group /GUIXT/CISM all functions are contained in SAP standard.

S_TCODE

CIS mobile checks the authorization for several SAP standard transactions that correspond to CIS mobile functions.

The first transaction code "CISMOBILE.12345678" is a pseudo transaction code that covers the CIS functionality. Only users with the authorization may use CIS mobile, even if they possess all other SAP authorizations. You need to replace the number "12345678" with your CIS mobile server id; see the next chapter CIS mobile server id for details.
